Decant on Demand
We have a unique model that we have coined “Decant on Demand” which allows you to commission, design and order a custom label, without having the expense of ordering bulk bottles of liquor or chasing down your colleagues for their money.
Decant on Demand is perfect for community groups, sports clubs, small teams and charities who are looking for a way fundraise.
Decant on Demand has been a successful way to raise money for charities, with organisations collectively raising over $20,000 in 2022/23.
How does it work?
Step 1 – Commitment
As part of the way we do business, we take time to get to know you and build a relationship to ensure the tailored label suits your requirements. WCBC is a micro-business and we all hold full-time employment outside of the liquor industry. With a low sales footprint, we can commit time to each customer. Once you have decided on the type of liquor you want, we will start the design process and secure a deposit (cost of the labels).
Step 2 – Design
The opportunities are endless for your label design. The front label (180mm x 90mm) is all your own real estate! The rear label (80mm x 50mm) will include mandated content to meet legal requirements, such as responsible drinking advice, as well as our logos.
We can do the design for you or you can supply your own design (Adobe Illustrator format).
Step 3 – Label Printing and Product Pricing
As we go through the process of getting your labels printed (200), we will then agree on a price to list your product.
If you are using it as a fundraising opportunity, we will also agree on a donation per bottle amount. This is typically $10 – $20 per bottle.
Step 4 – Go live and order fulfilment.
Once everything is in place, we will go live with our product on our website. We can either place your product behind a private password protected wall or make it publicly available.
Your group can now order directly from us.
We will fill, label and ship the bottle individually so you are not burdened with handling and distribution.
